These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the AIEmployee4Me website and services.
By purchasing, accessing, or using AIEmployee4Me services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
1. Services Provided
AIEmployee4Me provides a
managed AI and automation system
designed to:
-Answer inbound calls and messages
-Respond to basic inquiries
-Support appointment booking
-Route conversations appropriately
-Services are delivered as:
A standardized
Core system
Optional
add-on services
, only when explicitly scoped and accepted in writing
AIEmployee4Me provides
outcomes
, not access to internal tools, platforms, or systems.
2. Managed Service Model
AIEmployee4Me is a
done-for-you, managed service
.
Clients:
-Do not receive direct access to CRMs, automation builders, or system internals
-Do not manage or edit workflows, AI logic, or configurations
-Do not control how the system is built or maintained
This structure is intentional and part of the service value.
3. Payment Terms
Setup Fees
A one-time setup fee is required before any work begins
No configuration or installation occurs prior to payment
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and may include promotional incentives
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
4. Refund Policy
Setup fees are
non-refundable
once work has begun
Subscription fees are
non-refundable by default
Refunds, if issued, are granted
solely at the discretion of AIEmployee4Me
Refunds are not advertised, promised, or implied.
5. Usage Limits & Fair Use
The Core subscription includes a
soft usage allowance
designed to support normal inbound activity for small and local businesses.
If usage consistently exceeds expected levels:
-AIEmployee4Me may initiate a conversation with the client
-Pricing may be adjusted
-Ongoing usage above the allowance may be billed separately
Usage overages:
-Are not unlimited
-Are not automatically billed without discussion
-Are subject to markup
Chronic overuse may result in re-scoping or termination.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
-Provide accurate and current business information
-Respond promptly to intake and clarification requests
-Notify end users when AI-assisted communication is used
-Obtain required consent for call recording or messaging
-Comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws
AIEmployee4Me does not provide legal or regulatory compliance advice.
7. Scope & Change Management
Services are delivered within the defined Core scope.
Requests outside of scope:
-Require separate written agreement
-May incur additional fees
-Are not assumed or implied
Repeated requests for out-of-scope work may result in re-scoping or termination.
8. No Guarantees
AIEmployee4Me does
not
guarantee:
-Revenue increases
-Lead volume
-Booking rates
-Conversion rates
-Specific business outcomes
The service reduces missed opportunities by improving responsiveness.
It does not control sales processes, pricing, or closing behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
AIEmployee4Me retains all rights to:
-System architecture
-Workflows and automations
-AI prompts and logic
-Internal configurations and templates
Clients are granted a limited right to use the service while their account remains active.
No ownership of the system is transferred.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-AIEmployee4Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Termination
Either party may terminate service:
-At the end of a billing cycle
-With written notice
AIEmployee4Me may terminate immediately if:
-Payment obligations are not met
-Boundaries are repeatedly violated
-Misuse or abuse of the system occurs
Upon termination:
-Systems are deactivated
-Access is revoked
-Outstanding balances remain due
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Jurisdiction is determined at AIEmployee4Me’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
